No AI that writes for you. No databases. Notes, lists and photos, shared with your people.
One inbox
Type a note, snap a photo or start a list in two taps. Insurance dates, recipes, the Wi-Fi name for guests, what the doctor said. Sort it later, or never.
Shared, live
Two people tick one list and see each other’s ticks straight away. You see who added what, and when. No signal? Keep going, it syncs when you are back.
Photos and tags
Photograph the rating plate, add a tag, and find it next year. Location data is removed from photos before they leave your phone.
Search
Results show up as you type, right on your phone. Accents do not matter, and it reads photo captions too.
AI assistants and your own tools
Ask your AI assistant what is in your notes, or let it add to a list. Notano connects over MCP, has an API and a command line tool, and every note is plain Markdown you can export. Included in Pro and Family.
Yours to keep
Deleted notes wait in the trash for 30 days. Version history brings back earlier text. Notes, photos and account data are stored in the EU.

Only your storage: notes count toward it together with photos, and text takes very little. A single space holds up to 20,000 notes, including the ones in the trash.
Your own notes keep working on Free. The shared spaces you created become read-only for 14 days, so everyone can export them. After that they are emptied, unless you come back to Pro.
